Sai is an Executive, Leadership & Team Coach. He is based in Bangalore, India and has been coaching, consulting & training corporate sponsored groups. He specializes in cognitive behavioral coaching models.

To assist his clients in deeper understanding of their temperaments he uses a wide variety of behavioral, psychological ipsative instruments and observers feedback based assessments. Sai has founded his own corporate consulting, training & coaching company in India in the name & style of TRAC, besides TRAC he has cofounded TRAC ASSESSMENT SYSTEMS with Mala, his wife.

He is married and settled in India. To his credit he has over 25 years of organization work, consulting & training experience.

He has studied Bachelors in Science, followed by Post Graduate in Management, Post Graduate in HRD, & Post Graduate in Applied Psychology.

He has been consulting, training & coaching in India since 1992.
