My name is Louise Yates and am founder and director of Clear Perspectives Limited, a UK based company whose mission is: Over the last 20 years I have worked in a range of employed and consultancy roles within both the private and public sector, particularly enjoying working alongside management teams to help them implement strategically focused people development solutions. Some of the organisations I have worked with include United Biscuits, Group 4 Securitas, Arjo Wiggins Appleton and the Home Office. But it is in the last 5 years that I have really discovered my passions. Working alongside numerous small to medium sized businesses I have developed a fascination for understanding what really motivates business leaders and how an understanding of personal values can lead to both personal and business success. Through coaching and facilitation I help leaders and their team discover what is really important to them and their business and in helping them to apply this understanding establish a meaningful focus for their business and unlock performance. I am one of only 4 UK-based coaches licensed to use AVI (A Values Inventory), a scientifically validated tool applicable cross-cuturally which identifies one's personal values. I am a Member Of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an accredited coach and mentor. My family is hugely important in my life. I love spending time with my husband Paul and my daughers Hannah and Lucy discovering new things, enjoying great food, travelling and having fun.
