Reviewer’s Opinion
This book provides a number of models and examples which will enable you to apply examples of your own behaviours to the theories in the book and consider what you would like to be different and where you could consider making changes to move forward.

The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People is one of the most powerful books I have ever read. Its power comes from its realistic approach and Covey’s ability to demonstrate his theories with down to earth examples which really get to the heart of the reader. The principles it espouses are applicable in numerous situations, individual, work, home, family and that is why it is so effective.

Reviewer Caroline Hampson, (Coach)
