Through emotional intelligence coaching, his work involves helping managers and leaders develop business performance through increased self awareness and better understanding of others.
Robin has over 30 years’ business and commercial experience working with a wide variety of companies across a range of industries from small start-ups to multi-national corporations. His business "Emotional Intelligence 4 Change" is recognised nationally and internationally as specialists in emotional intelligence, positive psychology and neuroscience in the workplace, working with experts in training, personal development and coaching.
Robin has delivered workshops at global emotional intelligence and neuroscience conferences held at Harvard University, University of Manchester, in Cape Town and in Mumbai.
Robin’s style, as a facilitative, consultative coach, is to encourage people to take responsibility and to get involved in a range of practical, business-focussed, yet fun, interventions that aid and encourage self-development on a one-to-one or group basis.
