Interpersonal skills are essential skills to possess to be successful and happy in all aspects life.

Coaching can be a powerful way of developing your interpersonal skills, raising your awareness of how you interact with others whether it is with friends, family, other social relationships or those you interact with at work.

You may seek coaching because you face challenges with certain relationships you have in your life, and wish to take the opportunity to examine the part you play and take responsibility for making changes yourself in order to enhance the relationship. The emphasis is shifted from trying to change the other person’s behaviour to examining how you can influence the relationship through developing yourself.
